It is with great excitement that we recognize and celebrate the incredible work being done across the retail sector to prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion. When we founded NRDA, our goal was simple: to create a platform that highlights the outstanding contributions of those who are championing DEI and to encourage others to follow their lead.
