Our mission is to recognize and honor the leaders and organizations within manufacturing that are advancing DEI principles. Through these awards, Manufacturing Diversity Awards seeks to inspire greater inclusion, amplify diverse voices, and create equitable pathways for all professionals in the manufacturing industry.

Founder’s Welcome

Welcome to the Manufacturing Diversity Awards! It is with great pride that we celebrate the exceptional contributions of individuals and organizations working to make the manufacturing industry more inclusive. When I founded the MDA, I envisioned a platform that would highlight and reward the efforts being made to build equitable work environments in an industry that touches so many lives.

Manufacturing has long been a cornerstone of global economies, but as the world evolves, so must we. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential to fostering innovation and staying competitive. The MDA provides a space to honor those who have made this a priority and who serve as leaders for others to follow. These awards are a testament to the power of inclusion, and I am excited to witness how they continue to push the industry forward.

As we gather to recognize the incredible achievements within manufacturing, I encourage all of us to continue the work that has been started. The future of manufacturing is diverse, and through our collective efforts, we can ensure that this industry remains a welcoming space for all.
