The National CPG Diversity Awards (NCPGDA) recognize and honor exceptional achievements in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. From food and beverage to beauty and personal care, the CPG industry serves a diverse customer base, and the NCPGDA celebrates those who have made significant contributions toward creating inclusive environments and equitable opportunities across the sector.

Our mission is to celebrate and spotlight the efforts of CPG companies and leaders who are committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within their organizations and communities. The National CPG Diversity Awards aims to inspire the industry to continue progressing toward creating more equitable workplaces and ensuring diverse representation at all levels of the CPG ecosystem.

Welcome to the National CPG Diversity Awards! The CPG industry plays a crucial role in shaping the products and experiences that touch the lives of consumers around the world. In such a diverse and fast-paced industry, it’s more important than ever that we take the lead in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

When I founded the NCPGDA, I saw a clear need to recognize the individuals and organizations that are driving positive change within the industry. These awards are not only a celebration of success but also a call to action for the entire CPG sector to continue evolving and ensuring that DEI becomes a priority in every aspect of their operations, from product development to employee engagement.

As we gather to honor the leaders and innovators who are making an impact, I am reminded that the work of creating a more inclusive and equitable industry is ongoing. I am proud to stand alongside you as we acknowledge these outstanding contributions and challenge ourselves to push further toward a future where the CPG industry reflects the diverse communities we serve.
