As we come together for this conference, I want to acknowledge the incredible progress that has been made in recent years to ensure greater representation across entertainment sectors. However, our work is far from done. The challenges that remain—whether it’s behind-the-scenes access, on-screen representation, or leadership in key industry roles—are substantial. Yet, they also present exciting opportunities for innovation and meaningful change.
